Today marks the last day of the love month and no matter how predictable it may seem that I've worked today, let me tell you that if you're taking risks and sacrifices doing what you really love and sharing that passion to the people that matter most to you, you are an inspiration of love. According to my teacher during my 7am class earlier; life is about sacrifices. Even though she was uplifting every student in the classroom talking about grades and our last push for the finals, I knew she linked that with everything that life is really about and she was definitely right. No matter how little that sacrifice is as long as its very important to you go for it, keep trying and working. After all, there's nothing much worse than feeling guilty and regretful just because you didn't did the best you could right? Love is about sacrificing too. This is quite deep for an intro but one of my closest friend in college lost her father just few hours ago and because she's like a sister to me, I really want to share her pain even just half of it if only I could so that she wouldn't feel so loaded. Her elder sister asked me to accompany her at her place (since she's not from Cebu) and asked me to tell her the sad news at the same time and I had no idea where and how to start. It was all new to me and it's clearly not easy. Nevertheless, I've learned so many things despite this very busy day and this is just the highlight of it. I hope you learn something today too wherever you may be, reading this post.
Moving on, one of the things I love about being a blogger is showing the world how much our economy has grown and appreciate our talented countrymen especially the ones who produce products from our very own resources. If you've been following this blog or my social media accounts then I'm sure you've witnessed how much I love Abby Jocson's bags. If you haven't heard of her yet, read here. I have quite a collection of her designs already and since she started releasing her Valentine collection last year with a quilted heart bag (worn here and here), her different take with this year's Courtney still kept me in awe! Because of that, I decided to mix dainty and classy through my favorite Just G dress which I wore as top and this pastel pink skirt from What A Girl Wants. If I had a date over exams last February 14, this would've been my outfit but I'm more than glad to be of help if you're running out of date outfit switch ideas.
What do you think about my look?
Lovely outfit as always Zai!
