Sparkle Play

The fashion gods and goddesses have spoken! They've turned down the usual LBD even if it never gets old and they combined black and white until such, the spring season came and white ruled!!! Well okay, okay, what's your opinion about the current white trend? 'Cause I'm actually loving it- unexpectedly! Last Saturday, our whole family attended one of our family member's wedding. It's actually my third time attending this year and no, this is not a sign!! lol! I remember when April just started and I fooled my friends here in PH that the reason why I was in the US for half a year is because I have a baby, all that for April fools and well, most of my friends doubted me. Haha! Even if it was quite a fail, I was still happy because they really know me and now, I can't believe it's the last day of April!

Moving on, I think one major issue why most people pick black over white is because with black, it's easier to hide what we don't want others to see on a certain part of our body especially on occasions like today's post, weddings, birthday parties and similar sorts. Starting today, I'd like to encourage all of you to replace you usual black's and give white a try. With white, it's important to have the right fit and measurements so that everything will fall into place unlike with black, it's easy peasy. But isn't it important to know your body measurements too? Like this dress I have on from Cebu based brand The Stylogist perhaps, they asked my measurements to customize this dress for me and because of that, I ordered another one in red too.

What's more perfect on special occasions than white paired with gold? This Vogue Blvd gold sequin clutch is just perfect for sparkle adds and that elegant feel. And believe me when I say I love wearing it with street wear too! Watch out for that here soon!

On the other side of note, I do hope you notice my purple eyeshadow even the littlest little. Pardon me, it was the first time in my entire life I wore one and I was the one doing it! Being playful and elegant in one ensemble sure feels great.

What do you think about my look?
