Dressing Up A Bag

First post of the month, I know. Been very busy with the summer enrollment and now, the class (cheers to those who did the same! haha.) But I'm lucky 'cause summer classes won't hinder me from getting dressed up this summer, are you as lucky as I am?

Now let's talk about my look. One best thing you could do when dressing up is getting inspirations and luckily, you could get them with anything, and everywhere! That's why I felt so happy when I saw this new set of Prada bags in my cabinet of bags because they come into many sizes. Wait 'til I'll let you see what I came up with the mother bag of this sling bag I'm wearing. Whenever styling, I always start with a base (or I call it the "main source" of my whole ensemble), whether it may be plain or printed, embellished or metallic, nor it may be an apparel or an accessory, anything can be used as a base/inspiration and this time, I used the bag!

I instantly fell in love with the print of the bag, it is art in my eyes! So, I opted to go pastel and accessory less in order to make the bag stand out. The best part? The small dot prints in my trousers didn't disturb the print of the bag. Keeping everything light and bright in the hot summer-- you can never go wrong with pastels!

What do you think about my look?
